Italians celebrate the Christmas holiday by serving a feast created from seven different fishes. Each one represents a particular story. Chef Paul Drew will adopt that practice and demonstrate how to make lobster bisque, stuffed calamari, seared scallops with a brandy cream sauce, poached lobster over fettuccini, monkfish and clam chowder, roasted cod, and pan seared trout.
