At least someone has their game face on (ahem, take some notes Philadelphia Eagles). Chef Chip Roman of Blackfish in Conshohocken, PA is serving up venison for tonight’s Tuesday tasting.
Here’s the menu:
First: Venison carpaccio, frisee, tamarind, date
Second: Venison consommé, turnip custard, roasted brussels
Third: Venison sausage, wild mushroom risotto, pomegranate
Fourth: Mocha scented pumpkin tarte, ice cream
$45 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
