Join in the fun at Cook, Crack & Eat, a Cooking Class Series by Chef Paul Drew of Phillips Seafood Restaurant which is taking place Saturday, November 20th. Chef Drew will demonstrate how to stuff everything from fish to beef.
Learn how to make salmon stuffed with shrimp and crab imperial; flank steak stuffed with broccoli rabe and provolone; and bass stuffed with fresh herbs and bacon. The chef will also share his recipes for delicious Thanksgiving sides and a dessert to conclude your meal on a sweet note. Your guests will also be stuffed after they “gobble” down your creations!
