Kickoff to Crab Season at Blackfish

Kick off crab season at Blackfish Restaurant. Chef/owner Chip Roman has decided to make crab the star on his Tuesday Tasting Menu. This Tuesday, April 26, soft-shell crab will be showcased.

Every Tuesday, Blackfish features a different four course tasting menu highlighting a different ingredient for $45. Blackfish is located at 119 Fayette Street in Conshohocken, PA, 19428.  The restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday to Thursday from 5:30 to 10 p.m.; Friday from 5:30 to 11 p.m.; Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m.; and Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m.  Lunch is served Tuesday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information, visit their website. Second Course:

soft-shell crab, avocado, long rice, salsa verde

Third Course:

open face crab “sandwich,” romesco
