Chef David Katz will host his Fourth Annual Pork Dinner on Monday, July 30th. Indulge in an evening of great food paired with fabulous wine by Michael Madrigale of Bar Boulud and Boulud Sud, New York. The evening will begin at 7:00 with hors d’oeuvres created by David Katz and the Mémé crew followed by a six course sit down dinner prepared by an all star line up of chefs.
