Acclaimed Chef and master of cheese, Patrick Feury of Nectar in Berwyn, returns to COOK for a cheese class on Tuesday, Feb. 26 at 7 p.m. He will demo making cheese and cooking with cheese, utilizing products from local dairy farms, and preparing dishes using meats like goat and veal.
