WHYY’s Friday Arts Features Tavro 13

Tavro 13 will be featured on  the show on Friday, March 1 at 8:30 p.m. The show will also be available online after Monday, March 4th. Tavro is Chef Terence Feury’s fabulous new hot spot in Swedesboro at the former Old Swedes Inn, just 20 minutes from Philly.   It’s a great place to enjoy a romantic meal, listen to live music in the lounge on the weekend, or sip a cocktail at the expansive bar. Cheese Please at COOK with Patrick Feury

Branch_Creek_Farm_012Acclaimed Chef and master of cheese, Patrick Feury of Nectar in Berwyn, returns to COOK for a cheese class on Tuesday, Feb. 26 at 7 p.m. He will demo making cheese and cooking with cheese, utilizing products from local dairy farms, and preparing dishes using meats like goat and veal. This class is perfect for people who love to eat cheese and celebrate fresh, local food.
