Acclaimed Chef and master of cheese, Patrick Feury of Nectar in Berwyn, returns to COOK for a cheese class on Tuesday, Feb. 26 at 7 p.m. He will demo making cheese and cooking with cheese, utilizing products from local dairy farms, and preparing dishes using meats like goat and veal. This class is perfect for people who love to eat cheese and celebrate fresh, local food.
