It’s almost New Years Eve, which means it’s time to celebrate 2014 and toast to 2015! Catelli Duo welcomes you to join them Wednesday, December 31 for a night of food and festivity. Enjoy a five course tasting menu by Chef Lou accompanied by the classic sounds of Sinatra by Lou Dottoli. Following dinner, dance the night away with our DJ and watch the ball drop with a midnight champagne toast.
Start off dinner with New Year’s Eve Antipasto, an assortment of roasted and marinated vegetables, salami, cheeses and our signature cheesesteak egg roll. Follow with your choice of a Kale Caesar Salad or Harvest Salad mixed with seasonal berries, fruits, roasted beets, goat cheese and finished with a maple balsamic vinaigrette. For the third course enjoy either a Rigatoni Bolognese, Seafood Caramelle; a shrimp, crab and butternut filled ravioli, or the Gnocchi Al Telefano; a handmade gnocchi tossed with fresh tomato sauce and mozzarella.
Good luck choosing your fourth course; there are six mouth watering entree options. First a Surf and Turf, grilled 5 oz. filet and 6 oz. broiled lobster tail served with a mushroom marsala and drawn butter. Other choices include Twin Lobster Tails, Grilled 9 oz. Filet Mignon, Roasted Prime Rib of Free Range Veal, Chicken Florentine or Salmon & Shrimp Scampi. And hopefully you saved some room for dessert because the Chef’s Dessert Sampler hosts a pear and chestnut tart, tiramisu, an espresso macaroon and a hazelnut gelato-pop.
